By using the Fetchie website, and all other applications and tools provided by us (collectively, the “Platform”), you accept these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Platform.
We have the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time with prospective effect. In the event a change is deemed substantial, we will notify you as and when we make this change. If you continue to use the Platform afterthe Terms and Conditions so change, you will be deemed to have accepted any such changes.
If you breach any of the terms and conditions, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease and we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your access to the Platform and take such other action as maybe available at law.

When you use the link on Fetchie to visit your favourite stores and make purchases, we will earn a commission from the respective stores that have partnered with us.
To access the features of the Platform, you must register an account with us (“Account”). To register for an Account, you must provide us with accurate and current personal information including, but not limited to a valid email address. You must not register more than one Account. You must not create an Account if you are under 13 years old.

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify us, and our subsidiaries, es, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Platform, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.
The trade mark Fetchie and its logo variants are our intellectual property and may not be used without our prior written consent. We own the copyright in the Platform, except to the extent that any third party created material appears thereon or is accessible through it. If you post any content to the Platform you grant us the permanent and irrevocable right to publish the content on the Platform.
Any content you upload that we suspect infringes a third party’s intellectual property right may be removed by us without notice to you. If you feel this has been done incorrectly, you may dispute this by using the Contact Us section of our website.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions are deemed to be legally invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be severed but superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the terms will continue unaffected.
Any waiver of these terms by either of us must be in writing to be effective.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Each of you and us submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State in connection with these Terms and Conditions and your access to and use of the Platform.
